Our Policies

Appointments

Appointments are reserved exclusively for each patient. We ask that you please notify our office 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time if you are unable to keep your commitment. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we do ask for your assistance in this regard. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your child’s appointment, our ability to give your child excellent service is compromised.

Our Hours

We are open Monday through Thursday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Young Patients

We have found that preschool children are more cooperative, alert and refreshed during the morning hours. Our doctors prefer to see children in this age group in the morning.

Emergencies

Please call our office immediately in the event of a dental emergency. We will do our best to rearrange our schedule to accommodate an injured child. As a parent, we know you will understand if this happens during your scheduled appointment.

After Hours

Our established patients may contact an emergency doctor by calling the office number.

Payment

It is important to us that we communicate the cost of treatment to you before providing services. You will leave our offices with proposed treatment and costs detailed, along with estimated insurance benefits.

We request payment for all services performed at the time of service. We gratefully accept cash, personal check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Care Credit, and most insurance plans. Please make prior payment arrangements with our administrators if someone other than a parent or guardian brings your child in for an appointment.

Orthodontics

We recognize that orthodontics is often not covered by insurance. We attempt to make orthodontics affordable with NO INTEREST flexible payment plans.

Insurance

We accept payment from most insurance plans. If we are not on your list of providers, check with your Human Resources office to see if you may go to an out-of-network provider. You may find that there is not a lot of difference in your out-of-pocket costs when coming to our office.

Before your first appointment, be sure we have your complete insurance information so that we can verify your coverage prior to your visit. That way, you can pay only any co-payment instead of the entire fee.

For subsequent appointments, you will be asked to pay the balance not covered by your insurance at the time of service.

If you do not have dental insurance, full payment is due at the time of service. Please ask about our cash pay discount.
